Quickstart — your first 10 minutes

Overview

This walkthrough takes you from a fresh account to your first set of findings. You have two paths: connect a real Salesforce org, or explore with demo data first. Both end in the same place — a dashboard full of findings, recommendations, and ROI.

How to: get to your first findings

1. Sign up / sign in. Create your account; you'll land in a short onboarding wizard.
2. Choose a path in onboarding:
   • Connect a system → opens Connected Systems to add Salesforce, or
   • Explore with demo data → loads a realistic sample org instantly (see Demo data).
3. Run the Org Scanner. From Org Scanner, click Run scan to inventory your connected environments. (Demo data is pre-populated, so you can skip this.)
4. Run Discovery. From Discovery, click Run discovery to analyze the inventory and generate findings.
5. Review the Overview. Open Overview to see your org health grade, estimated annual savings, and top opportunities.
6. Open a finding. On Discovery, expand a finding to read its evidence and the recommended fix, then Accept or Dismiss it.

• Evaluating SmixAI: pick Explore with demo data, then walk Overview → Discovery → Agents to see the full loop in two minutes.
• Onboarding your real org: connect Salesforce, scan, and run discovery to get a baseline of your actual opportunities and risks.

Troubleshooting

• "No connected environments to scan." Connect a system first, or load demo data.
• Discovery returned few findings. Some rules need live Salesforce access; make sure the environment is connected and the scan completed. See How discovery works.
