Overview

A quick reference for the vocabulary used throughout SmixAI and this help center.

Terms

Term	Meaning
Agent	An automated fix SmixAI creates from a recommendation and deploys to a runtime.
Agentforce	Salesforce's native AI runtime; SmixAI can deploy pure-Salesforce agents here.
Approval tier	1–4 risk level controlling how much sign-off an agent needs (only Tier 1 active today).
Capture rate	Resolved value ÷ total discovered value.
Captured value	Total estimated ROI of findings you've marked resolved.
Confidence	0–1 score for how sure a rule is that a finding is correct.
Connected App	A Salesforce OAuth application SmixAI uses to access an environment.
Connector	An integration that lets SmixAI read a system's configuration/usage.
Credential	Encrypted token/keys for one environment; one is marked primary.
Discovered opportunity	Total estimated ROI across open findings (money on the table).
Discovery	The engine that analyzes your inventory and produces findings.
Environment	A deployment within a system: production, sandbox, developer, staging, scratch, other.
Evidence	The data points behind a finding.
Finding	A discovered inefficiency, risk, or cost-recovery opportunity.
LangGraph	SmixAI's cross-system runtime; the universal fallback for agent execution.
Metadata	System configuration and code (objects, fields, Flows, Apex, profiles, etc.).
Org health	An A–F grade summarizing open findings by severity.
Organization (org)	Your tenant — the container for members, data, and billing.
Recommendation	The suggested fix for a finding, often with an estimated ROI.
Role	viewer / member / admin / owner — controls what you can do.
ROI	Estimated annual savings from acting on a finding.
Severity	low / medium / high / critical — how urgent a finding is.
Sync job	A record of one scan run (status, counts, timing).
System	A named instance of a connector (e.g. "Acme Salesforce").
