Terms

AgentAn automated fix SmixAI creates from a recommendation and runs on its LangGraph runtime.
Agent runtimeThe SmixAI LangGraph pipeline (on Railway); agents run here and reach connected systems through the connector layer.
Approval tier1–4 risk level controlling how much sign-off an agent needs (only Tier 1 active today).
Capture rateResolved value ÷ total discovered value.
Captured valueTotal estimated ROI of findings you've marked resolved.
Confidence0–1 score for how sure a rule is that a finding is correct.
Connected AppAn OAuth application SmixAI uses to access an environment (e.g. a Salesforce or MuleSoft Connected App).
ConnectorAn integration that lets SmixAI read a system's configuration/usage.
CredentialEncrypted token/keys for one environment; one is marked primary.
Discovered opportunityTotal estimated ROI across open findings (money on the table).
DiscoveryThe engine that analyzes your inventory and produces findings.
EnvironmentA deployment within a system: production, sandbox, developer, staging, scratch, other.
EvidenceThe data points behind a finding.
FindingA discovered inefficiency, risk, or cost-recovery opportunity.
LangGraphThe framework behind SmixAI's agent runtime — the LangGraph pipeline on Railway where every agent runs.
MetadataA system's configuration and code — objects, fields, automations, code, permissions, and settings (the exact shape depends on the system).
Org healthAn A–F grade summarizing open findings by severity.
Organization (org)Your tenant — the container for members, data, and billing.
RecommendationThe suggested fix for a finding, often with an estimated ROI.
Roleviewer / member / admin / owner — controls what you can do.
ROIEstimated annual savings from acting on a finding.
Severitylow / medium / high / critical — how urgent a finding is.
Sync jobA record of one scan run (status, counts, timing).
SystemA named instance of a connector (e.g. "Acme Salesforce").
