Data & security
Does SmixAI read my customer data? No — it reads configuration and counts, not record contents. See Security & data handling.
Is my org's data isolated from others? Yes — every query is scoped to your organization.
Findings & ROI
Where do the dollar figures come from? From deterministic rules (real counts × a transparent, configurable assumption). The AI never invents or changes numbers. See ROI model.
Why did a finding say "AI-derived"? That label marks best-practice guidance suggested by the AI rather than a vetted citation.
Agents
Can SmixAI change my production org? No. Agent changes are sandbox-only today, and live runtime execution is in preview. See What's live vs coming soon.
